In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Anna Morgan

Anna Morgan is a high school students that is interested in examining the public education system in the United States, hoping to find and fix the issues that are plaguing it.

Carlos Rivas

Carlos is a highly sought presenter, a health and wellness consultant, and is recognized as one of the top health and wellness coaches in the country. He has helped many corporations, teams, and individuals reach their optimal level of health and well-being through outcome based programs. He is the Fitness and Wellbeing expert for WDRB Fox 41 and TOPS magazine.

Emmanuel Ndukwe

Emmanuel is a Nigerian student going to school in Louisville at Southern Seminary. He wants you to act on your natural talents and make sure you listen to what your gut is trying to tell you to do with your life.

JK McKnight

Founder of the Forecastle Festival in Louisville, Kentucky. Also founded the manoftheland.org, as website that helps guide entrepreneurs to their goals in business.

John Klapheke

John is a student at Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky. He spent a summer as an intern for LEGO and now wants to tell the world his story of finding inspiration through little plastic pieces.

Josh Garcia

Josh Garcia is a television host, producer, and videographer that is trying to get back on the air with a new travel show going around the world spreading awareness for climate change. He spent time as an engineer before quitting to follow his dreams in New York.

Natalie Bonura

Natalie Bonura is the Community Spokesperson for the WaterStep program in Louisville, KY.

Raiza Costa

Raiza Costa is a pastry chef and content producer that owns Dulce Delights. Originally from Brazil, she wants everyone to follow their own crazy ideas. Sometimes you just have to pour chocolate on your head.

Rodney White

Rodney is a chef, restaurateur, and the creator of the RocChef chef apparel line. He wants everyone to make sure that they are living in the present an making the most of the time that they have.

Rojin Shirwan

Rojin is a student at DuPont Manuel high school in Louisville, Kentucky. She sometimes has crazy dreams about lemurs and is trying to figure out what that's all about.

Sophie Ma

Sophie Ma is a high school student that wants to examine the changes that are needed in the public education system in the United States.

Zoe Jenkins

Zoe is a junior in the Paul Laurence Dunbar MSTC program. She works with the Prichard Committee Student Voice Team, where she is the Executive Producer of their podcast, Get Schooled. While she is not entirely decided, she knows that whatever field she goes into she wants to affect positive change and help others find their voice.
