TEDx MEC 2011, the third edition of TEDx MEC, brought in speakers like Mrs. Sajita Nair,Captain, Indian Army and also a writer, Mr. Hormis Tharakan, the former director of RAW, Mr. Deepak Ravindran, CEO of Innoz, Mr. Korath Mathew, the director of Akshaya and Mrs. Shyamala Surendran, a renown dancer. The first speaker was Mrs.Sajita Nair who kept the audience spell bound throughout the length of her talk about her take on life and the need to live life to the fullest. The next speaker Mr. Hormis Tharakan shared with the audience the role of intelligence in governance and also the role of technology in intelligence. Mr. Korath Mathew talked about the role of e-learning in governance and also about his initiative- Akshaya. Mrs. Shyamala Surendran shared with the audience about how she made her life different as a dancer and Mr. Deepak Ravindran talked about his idea - SMS gyan and about INNOZ, his dream project.
