The evening event will feature a line-up of fantastic live speakers, the screening of some thought provoking TEDTalks, and a chance to discuss and network with fellow participants.

Revathi Timms

Executive Director, Avatar Enterprise Ltd
Revathi Timms is a 3D printing enthusiast and has specifically designed a 3D Printer, the Ingenium, tailored for the education sector. She has a degree in Applied Sciences (physics, mathematics and electronics) and an MSc in lean manufacturing. She worked as both a project manager and business development manager before founding Avatar Enterprise Ltd to create a new 3D printer and provide training and education in this sector. Revathi lives in north Worcestershire.

Rhea Freeman

Business Coach, PR, Marketing and Social Media Consultant
Rhea Freeman is a PR, marketing and social media expert and small business coach. With form in niche industries (particularly equestrian and rural), Rhea has worked with numerous businesses and individuals to help them grow their companies, blogs or personal brands. She writes the monthly business column for NFU Countryside Magazine, works with the Royal Agricultural University with students, consults and advises leading brands, and lots more besides. Social media is a particular passion due to its power, the good it can do, and the speed it evolves and adapts. Rhea lives in Worcestershire.

Ross Renton

Pro Vice Chancellor Students, University of Worcester
Ross Renton is the Pro Vice Chancellor at the University of Worcester. He has a wide range of responsibilities, including leading the strategy for delivering an outstanding student experience, widening participation and student success, academic and community partnerships, employability and the oversight of the University’s professional services. He represents the University at a national level on these issues and has been an advisor to several public and private organisations. In his previous role as Dean of Students at the University of Hertfordshire, he led a number of key projects, which included the establishment of four schools and two University Technical Colleges. Ross has experience in both the commercial and charity sectors as a Non-Executive Director of Endsleigh Insurance Services Ltd, Director of Student Volunteering Scotland, Chair/Director of NUS Services Ltd, as well as holding senior posts within the National Union of Students (NUS).
