Leading 20.000 students in a developing country with an educational system in constant restructuration faces you with many compromises. Leadership and compromise are two inter-connected concepts. On one hand you need to stear the
community in what you know it is the right direction even if it's not that obvious to all of it's members and on the other hand you need to do exactly what they want you to do because you represent their opinion. On top of all that the challenge is to handle the compromises you need to make with the State's Officials.
