Hi! My name is Ben Biermacher, I am a sophomore at East Grand Rapids High School. I participate in both football and baseball. I also enjoy the art of poetry. I will be speaking about the way that literature can help us reach our "Final Frontier" by expanding our world views through literature.

Daniel Slaw

Daniel Slaw is finishing his senior year at FHC. After ordering McNuggets many times, he started working at his local McDonald's in 2015. When he's not working, he enjoys speaking French, practicing études on his violin, competitively speaking, playing soccer, leading a Jewish youth group, and writing international business plans through DECA.

I’m Keaton! My talk discusses the importance of kindness and empathy which I learned through portrait photography. Empathy helps create lasting connections and is a crucial aspect of being a citizen in modern America. I urge everyone to be empathetic and kind in one’s everyday life even if it involves stepping out of one’s comfort zone.
