In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Alan Archapiraj

Alan "Ton" Archapiraj collaborated with his friend to create Araya, a virtual reality-based horror game that tell story in a haunted hospital, which has scared many gamers around the world. Apart from developing game, he sees virtual reality as a magic tool for education system as student are able to experience visualizations that does not have in traditional classroom.

Assoc.Prof. Manop Pithukpakorn, MD.

Assoc. Prof. Manop Pithukpakorn is the head of Division of Medical Genetics, Department of Medicine, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital.

Chanokmont Ruksakiati

Chanokmont "Jump" Ruksakiati is an expert in identity designing and brand developing, whose works have appeared in many projects for more than 20 years, ranging from major brands to OTOP products. She plays an important role in helping to restore Yala city through “Yala Bird City” project, making it become one of the 10 model-city for creative economy.

Maneerut Anulomsombut

Maneerut “Nok” Anulomsombut is currently a CEO of Garena Thailand, a global platform for payment and online games that known as a unicorn of Southeast Asia.

Nawanan Theera-Ampornpunt, MD., PhD.

After graduating from medical school, Dr. Nawanan Theera-Ampornpunt continued his graduate studies in Health Informatics at the University of Minnesota. Currently, he is the advisor for computer club in Rama, taking care of the technological and networking aspects for the hospital. He has also been called the "IT Doctor" .

Nintira Jongsukwai

Nintira “Kim” Jongsukwai is a fourth year student in Liberal Arts at Mahidol University. She participated many activities, including in university and outside. In 2012, she received a media award from the Mister-Miss Pop Miss Galaxy & Top Teen Talent Da’vance. Furthermore, she recieved an academic scholarship from the faculty for 3 years straight.

Parasu Komaradat

Parasu "Por" Komaradat graduated from Washington State University, majoring in Mathematics.He used to work in the software development field for over 10 years before he became a scuba diver instructor, specializing in underwater cave-diving.

Petch Manopawitr

Petch Manopawitr has worked in the environmental field since he was a student of Kasetsart University. He currently working at Wildlife Conservation Society. Besides, he is an environmental activist that has many writing publications, he has also received a Green Globe award from his publication “Black stomach pitta… on a road of extinction”. He once raised awareness about Parrot Fish conservation through social media and change.org, making major impact to supermarkets to remove Parrot Fish from their product list.

Prasertsak Padmarid

Prasertsak "Yip" Padmarid started solo traveling before he graduated with the Trans-Siberian Railway route. Since then, he has travelled continuously, following his dreams all over Asia, Europe and Africa. He has a travelling blog on Pantip.com, the most famous one being called “As the train takes me over half of the globe (A journal entry of solo travelling from Bangkok to Saint Petersburg by land)”.

Punnee Chaiyakul

Punnee "Joom" Chaiyakul has been working with Ogilvy & Mather (Thailand) for more than 20 years starting from Account service and now become the chairman of the company. She takes Ogilvy in Thailand to the next level as can be seen from Ogilvy's advertising that become one of the most famous and awarded from national and international stage such as Spikes Asia and Cannes Lion.

Rakpong Kittinaradorn

Rakpong "Pueng" Kittinaradorn was a former Astronomy Olympiad, he received a silver medal as a Physics and Astrophysics Olympiad in the first year Thailand sent any participants to the event. He graduated with honours in Physics from Mahidol University, and completed his Master's in Theoretical Physics from Utrecht University. Due to his interest, he has self-taught data science, machine learning and artificial intelligence through online means. Currently, he is working as a data scientist for True Corporations.

Ramin Kungwannavakun

Ramin "Plan" Kungwannavakun is homeschooled since young and now, starting Grade 10. Homeschool education opened up an opportunity for Plan to pursue his biggest interest- insects, especially in Dynastinae. He uses surround natural environment in Chiang Rai as a learning inspiration to the fullest. He Combining his knowledge of insects and creating toys, he came up with his new hobby - making insect models. His ability resulting him to be hired from one company to make insect models as learning tools for learning center in Chachoengsao province.

Rit Subsomboon

The Mahidol University Choir, also known as MU Choir is a mixed choir conducted by Rit Subsomboon and comprised of a select group of students representing the different colleges and faculties of the university.

Sorrayut Ratanapojnard, Ph.D

Dr. Sorrayut "Asia" Ratanapojnard received a scholarship to study until his Doctorate at Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies. He was a former lecturer at Mahidol University, who incorporated contemplative education into his classroom. He is also a co-founded of JitArsa Bank, which encouraged people to improve themselves through volunteering.

Varita Patavinthranond

Varita “Jean” Patavinthranond was an exchange student to Hawaii, the United States and Latvia. She loves exploring the world to experience different cultures and exchange new ideas. She is currently a fourth year student in International Hospitality and Management at Mahidol University International College.

Viphurit Siritip

Viphurit "Phum" Siritip is an alternative artist for Rats records, released the album that tell about his life through his signature mellow vibe. With his authentic style, he was voted to be one of the 20 artists worth following in 2017 by Billboard Thailand.
