Aneesh Tarun

Human-Computer Interaction Scientist
Aneesh P. Tarun is a PhD Candidate at the Human Media Lab, Queen's University and a soon-to-be Postdoctoral Researcher at the Synaesthetic Media Lab, Ryerson University. His doctoral research focused on designing novel interaction techniques for multi-display paper computers. As a part of this research, Aneesh has developed paper computer prototypes including a flexible tablet pc (PaperTab, 2013), a flexible stackable mobile device (DisplayStacks, 2012) and a wearable computer (Snaplet, 2011). His current research interests include building telepresence systems and designing tools for multi-device responsive ecologies.

Tara McCallan

Tara McCallan is the founder of Happy Soul Project, produced a #differentisbeautful campaign, created an initiative called Kick-It-Capes and employs adults with special needs to create inspiring artwork. She is a quirky wanna-be writer/blogger, adoring/annoyed wife, minivan momma to 3 little hooligans, one who just happens to have Down syndrome & most importantly on a mission to have a happy soul. Currently, she is working on a book, another clothing line and numerous campaigns with Happy Soul Project to inspire others to celebrate their differences.
