We all live in a multidimensional world. Literature, art, architect, the communication among human beings and even the connection of the neurons in our brains, are all the crosses of multiple dimensions. Here and now, is one of these dimensions. Here and now, refers to the present, refers to what you think and what you do at this specific moment consisted of minutes and seconds, in this specific place where longitude and latitude connects.
However, here and now, do not define at this specific point. Here and now is three-dimensional and dynamic. When we talk about living in the moment, we somehow ignore the moment actually consists of the past, the present and the future. It is “gradual”, “focus” and “extend”.
For instance, in our daily lives, sometimes we have a daydream and then conceive some new ideas. These seemingly-irrelevant ideas gradual and intersect. We focus on the crossroad that burst out creativity. Afterwards, we extend infinite possibilities. It could be just a new idea, or a new project, or even a new beginning.
Here and now, is not only this place or this moment, but also the convergence of many things there and then as well as the later divergence of different directions.
