End is an absolute myth.Sometimes when things are falling apart they may actually be falling into place. A place leading to a new beginning full of new hopes and dreams.To come out new, its always better to give past a big full stop. Just as birds shed their feathers allowing the new ones to embrace them taking them afresh to infinite skies, bringing out change is an inevitable part of one's life to keep walking the course of life. 'Shedding off feathers' basically reflects the same urge to always keep our arms open to change. Change within us to become a better person or to this society to make this a better place to live in. Socrates says "The secret of change is to focus all your energy not on fighting the old, but on building the new" and building the new is possible only when we let go the old.

Dr. George Puthuran

Doctor, Ophthalmologist
Dr. George V Puthuran hailing from Kochi, Kerala. He currently heads the department of Glaucoma at Aravind Eye Hospital, Madurai. Dr George is the South Zone representative of the present executive committee of the Glaucoma Society Of India. He has presented at various international forums, is an editor of a textbook on Practical Perimetry published by Jaypee Medical Publishers. Dr George worked closely with Aurolab System in developing a Glaucoma Drainage Device, is the principal investigator in the safety & efficacy of this Aurolab Aqueous Drainage Implant (AADI ) study. The AADI is a cost effective alternative to patients with refractory glaucoma in resource poor communities in the developing world. Dr George’s video titled – Evolution Of An Affordable Aqueous Drainage Implant – The Indian Story, was one of the three winning films at the World Glaucoma Congress 2013 held at Vancouver.

Dr. Mohan Kameswaran

Doctor, Otorhinolaryngologist
Dr. Mohan Kameswaran is an Indian otorhinolaryngologist, medical academic and the founder of MERF Institute of Speech and Hearing, a Chennai-based institution providing advanced training in audiology and speech-language pathology. He has many firsts to his credit such as the performance of the first auditory brain stem implantation surgery in South and South East Asia, the first pediatric brain stem implantation surgery in Asia, the first totally implantable hearing device surgery in Asia Pacific region, and the first to introduce KTP/532 laser-assisted ENT surgery in India. The Government of India awarded him the fourth highest civilian honour of the Padma Shri, in 2006, for his contributions to Indian medicine.

Dr. Pushpak Bhattacharyya

Professor, Computer Science and Engineering
Dr. Pushpak Bhattacharyya has made seminal contributions in NLP and ML, working in these fields for last 25 years. In addition to being Professor at Dept. of CSE in IIT Bombay, he has been a visiting Professor at Stanford University (2004), Distinguished lecturer at University of Houston, USA (2012), and Visiting Scholar- MIT (1990). Currently he is the President of Association of Computational Linguistics (ACL), the international apex body in NLP. Dr. Bhattacharyya has carried out sponsored research projects on various NLP technologies, funded by the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, MHRD and by IBM, Microsoft Research, Yahoo, HP Labs and NEC. He has written a textbook called 'Machine Translation', published by CRC Press, USA which brings to light foundational points pertaining to translation of Indian languages. Google Scholar Citation which is the benchmark for CSE shows approx.. 2300 career citations to Dr. Bhattacharyya’s papers with an h-index of 26.
