Alejo tiene experiencia, desde muy joven ha emprendido y ha fracasado y triunfado, y hoy no habla de eso, de la importancia de mantener siempre una actitud EMPRENDEDORA, para salvar al mundo... Alejandro Boetsch is a 39 years old Industrial Engineer and Ontological Coach. He is married to Paula Ortiz and have five children. He has worked in the development, strategic planning and management of original projects, re-engineering processes and organizational changes in private companies, government entities and NGOs; in this process he has led multidisciplinary teams. He is also a postgraduate Professor at the Universidad Adolfo Ibañez and an outdoor sports enthusiast. Nowadays he is co-founder and partner of GecoGroup, NewenMaqui and the NGO Forjachile. Those entrepreneurships are associated with the sustainability of large companies, the development of products with social impact, and the incorporation of social and emotional skills to the school education respectively.

Andrea is a 19 year old Political Science student at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. She founded Volando en V (flying in V), an antibullying program based on interventions developed by the older students of different schools to create awareness about the consequences of bullying in the younger students. Volando en V grew from Andrea’s own bullying story back when she was in school, and she currently helps other bullying cases, parents and teachers through her own experience. The program is now in its 9th school, with over 90 committed young student leaders helping to create a healthy, inclusive and happy environment in their classrooms. Executive Director of NeuroUnion Foundation, a chilean ONG which focuses on making a bridge between patients & neurodegenerative diseases research through an integrative approach as well as educational outreach programs. External consultant for the Ministry of Economy in order to evaluate and design effective science educational iniciatives for science researchers. She is convinced that science education at all levels can act as a key positive transforming agent in our society.

Since 2012, Pilar is the Executive Director of “Fundación Urbanismo Social”(Social Urbanism Foundation), a nonprofit organization that develops social housing, neighborhoods, and urban projects through their own model which seeks people being happy with where they live.
