Jinendra is an Engineer and a Management graduate. Started career as an ordinary trainee at a Steel Manufacturing plant, he helped in turning around the Growth Shop at the company.
He has been a part of various organisations since then and cultivating world class manufacturing practices has been the driving force for all his projects.
Currently, he spearheads a Mechanical Engineering company and is working with the Government of India for improving the equipment for amputees. He is a visionary entrepreneur and a passionate patriotic, who believes in positive development of the country at large. He is an avid reader and withdraws majority inspiration from books.
Transgender Activist
Kalki Subramanian is an activist, author, actor, inspirational speaker and an entrepreneur. She is the founder of Sahodari Foundation which works for the social, economic and political empowerment of transgender persons in India.
Being a transgender person, she grew up with stigma and insult when she pursued her studies; yet, that only made her a strong person and shaped her destiny. She fiercely campaigns for social, political and economic equity and rights for transgenders and intersex people.

Limaben is involved in education and leadership development, training young people and is passionate about rebuilding conflict affected societies, security issues and indigenous youth.
A masters in social and political psychology from University of London, she is the Founder-Director of NEIMUM, a non-profit educational foundation for young people based in India's North East.
Limaben was selected as one of India's youth representative for the World Federation of United Nations Association (WFUNA) Youth Seminar. She is involved in several local and international programs that support the participation of youth in decision making.
Mansi Mehta
Power of Simplicity
Mansi Mehta is a 15-year old student studying in Surat. She has published a collection of poems under the title "I AM ME" dedicated to Nobel Laureate Malala Yousafzai. She is amongst the few teenagers in the city to run her own foundation where she teaches underprivileged girls and advances her dream of a gender-equal country through education. She has been awarded the Garima Award by Gajera Trust for her work.
Being one of the few to join the prestigious league of teenage TEDx speakers in India, Mansi takes inspiration from personalities like Sudha Murthy & Malala Yousafzai and preaches the idea that people need to accept the social disparity between genders, for the society to collectively move forward.

Mruga Vora is brought up by parents active in the field of performing arts for the last 4 decades. Her father is trained in folk dance under some of the most prominent performers this country has seen.
Being the lead dancer at her academy, she has performed in many ballets. She has also been exposed to other dance forms apart from Kathak. The quest for discovering the very source of movement led her to pursue contemporary dance. She took up teaching at her academy 2008 onwards and since then is helping the young minds to incline towards dance and preserve Indian traditions.

Pravin Nikam is a social activist, an educator, a gender equality advocate, an environmentalist, an independent thinker, a young scholar, a writer, a motivational speaker and a humanitarian.
He has conducted extensive research in understanding the scenario of menstrual awareness in India and it's impact on a girl's life. He has designed effective educational tools for girls and schools using story telling and activity based learning for young girls about periods in a society where the subject is a major taboo.
He is a National Youth Award recipient for providing education to children and improving health conditions of teenage girls & women and is serving as Asia Regional Youth Representative at Commonwealth Youth Council. He was named a Peace Scholar for his work in the field of conflict prevention and is a Global Youth Ambassador.
Sharmin Ali

Sharmin Ali is an entrepreneur, an author and a theatre artiste. She is the founder of a start-up that aims at building India's largest story telling social network where people can share their stories freely.
From being a child who faced stammering issues to becoming a motivational speaker and a public orator, her journey has been inspiring and motivating.
Being a woman entrepreneur, Sharmin has faced a lot of stigma and struggled to create a mark in the list of women CEOs in India. She is a survivor of the Gujarat riots and the earthquake. At TEDxDumas, she will be returning to Gujarat after 14 years.
