Arash Hoss

Arash Hoss was born on 1983. an energetic boy for whom games were much more than fun. His earliest involvement with games were all “experiments” such as “selling his stuff to his uncles by force”. Never a passive boy obeying others, he was a true daredevil ready for the extreme! He studied Computer Software at university, After all, his involvement with academic education “made it clear that time flies and we have to fly with it!” he believes. he found skating so interesting and soon became a professional skater and coach. In 2004 he started Paintball and made his way into many paintball teams all around the world. He is a paintball champion in Iran and has participated in the Asian Paintball League with Malaysian and Australian teams. After his bright—though short—activity in paintball, he turned to the newly emerging extreme sport, Laser Tag! he established laser tag clubs in various cities in Iran and managed to officially register his own brand of laser tag, ‘Proshut’.

Farnaz Esmaeilzadeh

Athlete

Farnaz Esmaeilzade was born on 1988 in Borujerd, she’s studied phytopathology at university and she’s a member of Iran’s national rock climbing team. She started rock climbing since she was 13, never having a coach, she’s won Iranian Sports Olympiad first prize, twice. She’s been a member of Iran’s national team for 9 years, she’s attended many different international rock climbing competitions such as China, South Korea, Italy, Spain, Azerbaycan and Indonesia. She is known as the fastest rock climber woman in Iran, the world knows her as the Iranian Spiderwoman. She is a Tier 3 coach of ascendings, route designer and refree in rock climbing. what makes her different from other athletes in Iran is her self-centered way to success, not having a coach, using internet, learning every aspect of rock climbing by experience and facing the dangers in each step of it from a very young age, made her an icon as a successful Iranian woman.

Hamid Sepidnam

Hamid Sepidnam is a Businessman; he was born in Manchester, England. he traveled to Iran when he was 5 and studied Computer engineering at university. After graduation, he returned to England and started to learn about Branding and Marketing. He's worked with many of the best marketing companies, such as Barclays, UniSys, and Credit Plus. He later followed his education at London Metropolitan university in Marketing. He returned to Iran and pursued his career at his own company, Kaspid Group, in Mashhad and Tehran. a complete front-to-end web developing service provider. He started to make up a brand called "Mr.Taster", his face branding was the first in Iran, and it's still an open project going on.

Javad KazemiTabar

Dr. Kazemi Tabar was an outstanding student since high school. He stood as the third student in the nationwide university entrance exam in 1999. He won the Mathematics Olympiad's silver medal when he was 17. He studied electrical engineering at Sharif university of technology. Later he traveled to the USA and studied Electrical engineering at University of California Irvine (UCI). After that he graduated as a Ph.D of Electrical Engineering at UCI. He worked in Silicon Valley as a Fraud Detection specialist. After several years he decided to come back to Iran and live in his hometown. he is now a professor at Babol Noshirvani University of Technology.

Maryam Shokri

Ecologist

Prof. Maryam Shokri studied General ecology at University of Tehran, she was an outstanding student then and alongside her academic achievements, she had started to work on Zagros mountains and the vegetation of the region alongside her future husband Prof. Nosratola Safaeian. Two of them were granted a scholarship for France, at University of Montpellier, where they started studying Ecological Sociology as Master and Ph.D. they’ve finished their course and returned to Iran to pursue their research in the Zagros highlands. 8 years of war in Iran in the late 80s, affected their research site and caused them to return to Mazandaran, North of Iran. since then, She’s been teaching at university of Mazandaran as a professor and researching in their garden. She is an activist with many ecological efforts on educating the children, public speaking and etc. to inform the world about the living planet and the real harm we’re doing to it.

Mohammadreza Norouzi

Dr.Mohammadreza Norouzi studied Microbiology at university, He was involved in many different areas and experienced a vast variety of jobs. In contrast to the “a friend to all, a friend to none” famous quotation, he believes that the experience gained in his professional freelance life, helped him to have a much more complete life. He has exercised natural sports such as horse riding professionally. He’s been an environmentalist, used to teach at university in his area of expertise, an amateur astronomer, a photographer and a real adventurer. but all these were just a beautiful cover for an urbanized man. His inner self, longs to be a teacher. All these years he had one big concern, and that was to have his ideal lifestyle. He experienced all the possible ways and then decided to be a Freelancer, to be free of all the constraints, a Cat life, as he describes it, to initiate his own form of jobs, from the inside. a way, totally different from all the others’ .

Reza Enshaie

Dr. Reza Enshaie is a Senior Staff Engineer/Researcher at Intel’s Substrate Packaging & Technology Development Division and has worked as a lead Lithography Engineer at Intel’s Portland Technology Development (PTD) and Arizona F32. His professional career and interests are in the field of Material Science and Engineering-- specializing in Lithography. Along with his scientific passions, ever since his undergraduate studies at Cornell University, he has advocated for science literacy and public understanding of science. He believes that Lithography is a field that is rich in intellectual discipline with deep theoretical foundations and is at the center of dynamic technology with myriad of applications in every aspect of modern life. Dr. Enshaie is passionate about communicating the beauty of science; helping the public develop an understanding of the current practices and the underlying foundations of technology.

Saman Vandadi

Musician

Saman Vandadi was born on 1986 in Sari. At a very young age, He started learning Santour, which is an ancient Iranian instrument, from his father. at the same time, he was learning Setar and Tonbak. He pursued modern methods of playing Setar and became interested in Tar, later he attended the higher courses of Tar from many maestros. He was chosen as the best Setar player in the National Youngsters' Festival in 1999 and 2001. He was entitled as the youngest Arts Pioneer of Sari, in the Sari city festival back in 2005. He has been teaching and composing music for films and animations. He was involved in many different bands since 1998, Ohum Rock Band, Mehr, Nakisa, Darvish, Hamsaz band lead by Masoud Shoari, Sonat Symphonic Orchestra and etc. Saman Vandadi is interested in the new format of music that is emerging in Iran. The gist of Iranian folk music on the modern western music, and also the effects of the western music on the new era of Iranian musicology.
