But on the other hand he believes that arts is the way to change the world. “Since we are moving so fast which transforms our human relations and challenges values of previous generations we must find whom can we hang on to as human beings. That’s why I would like to invite you to meet my two best friends whom might help us all. But first of all we must help them work together. I found one of the ways. Maybe you have some too?”

Madara Žgutė

"I am currently a third year BA of Cultural history and Anthropology student. In the past few years I have engaged in several international volunteering projects based in Africa. Even though these experiences have changed my outlook on life for the better, it is questionable whether my social impact was effective and has given any benefits to local communities. I am inviting you to see volunteering and development work in a different light and understand how important it is to learn and take steps to improve ourselves before we can make a positive contribution to the wider world."

Mantas Žalkauskas

Mantas is an organisational culture specialist and explorer with a passion for empowering others. That comes from personal freedom that he has achieved and is now thriving in many different forms. “By combining my experience in Extreme survival school, various personal and organisational 360’ transformations I am constantly looking for the ways to expand that confined space between the ears that we call "I”. This winter, after finishing my solo 900km winter hike by the border of Lithuania I redefined "the box" which we are constantly trying to get out of and named it the Risk Jello. Just because it is nothing more than that. Here’s the point of view that I enjoy and want to share with You.“

Raimonda Duff

Through training as a dance movement therapist in the UK she learned an unconventional method of communication: a language of dance and movement. Raimonda Duff was privileged to practice with some of society's most marginalised people. “They taught me that all human-beings, no matter how disabled, are still able to express themselves through movement, still able to be creative, to share and to give. By thinking outside the box about self expression we can create space for connection and mutual understanding.“

Rygaudas Guogis

Rygaudas is a co-founder of The Learning School - an NGO with a mission to help individuals suffering from dependance on schooling and education (mainly pupils, teachers, some principals, government officials at Ministry of Education, etc.). „We do this by exposing the addicts to massive doses of collaborative learning and human to human dialogue. Although the vast majority of our clients revert back to schooling and education, an increasing percentage chose an alternative path of learning. Our service and learning processes are based on sound scientific research which proves that our brain‘s right hemisphere: a) exists, b) is worth using."
