Abiade Olawanle Abiola

Founder, Human of Substance

Abiade Olawanle Abiola was born on the 7th of April, 1978. She is a Lawyer with an interest in Women’s Human Rights, Children’s Rights, Sexual and Gender-Based Violence and Alternative Dispute Resolution. She is a Humanitarian and a Human Rights Activist. She has a high degree of professionalism, dedicated to exceptional quality in all she does. She is an effective team player with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Abiade Abiola is a graduate of University of Ibadan where she studied Law at both the Undergraduate and Masters Level. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA), the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Nigeria Branch, and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Ibadan Branch. She is also a member and former Social Secretary of the Federacion International De Abogadas (FIDA ) known as the International Federation of Women Lawyers, Oyo-State Branch.

Adeyinka Adekeye

Adeyinka Adekeye a Tech Entrepreneur, Full Stack Web developer and an Adventurist. He studied Computer Technology at Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH), he is a Chartered IT Professional and an Associate member of British Computer Society. Adeyinka worked as Lead UX developer with GPS Limited in 2006, he was a Product Manager for TIMS, PHCN bank payment Solution in 2007 before becoming the CEO of Zeedlabs Systems, a web service company in 2009. Adeyinka is currently the founder of Founders Hub, a tech incubator and co-working space in Ilorin.

Olorunfemi Owoyemi

Co-Founder, Awa ti Ibadan

Santi Femi graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Ibadan in 2010 and went on to write the bar exam in 2011 which he passed in flying colours. He was called to the bar in 2012. In 2014, he was selected to be a part of the Caine Prize Short-Story Surgery Workshop and in 2015, he was shortlisted to be a part of the prestigious Farafina Writing Workshop facilitated by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie. In the same 2015, he was a fellow of the Ebedi International Writers' residency where he worked on his novel manuscript. In 2016, the novel manuscript was long-listed for the prestigious Saraba Manuscript Prize. Currently, he leads a team of creatives on Awa Ti Ibadan - a project that uses storytelling as a medium of (re)shaping the city.

Owolabi Oladejo

Mr Owolabi Oladejo is an unlettered social change maker. He is a self-thought business tycoon, investor and community leader. As a teenager, Owolabi got an immense inspiration when he was privileged to meet and shake hands with the then Premier of the Western Region Nigeria, Chief Obafemi Awolowo. Abioye Samson is an unrepentant optimist and a graduate of Computer engineering who sees opportunities applying technology in solving our everyday problems. In 2016, he batched an award from the University of Cape town in conjunction with MTN Entrepreneurship challenge as one of the top 3 Entrepreneurs in Africa. He’s passionate about youth development and social enterprise. Samson is a co-founder of pass.ng, Nigeria's foremost secondary school exam preparatory platform.

Seun Akisanmi

Oluwaseun Akisanmi is a talented, creative, God-fearing, teacher and educator with an unusual business mindset. His passion for photography was ignited after his mum got him a Christmas present in 1998: a Samsung camera. After many years as a hobbyist, he ventured fully in a career of professional photography in 2006 when he founded ELOPHOTOS STUDIOS (www.elophotos.com), an outfit that delivers world-class photography services. Tobi Ayanwoye

Ayanwoye Tobi Rasheed (a.k.a ATRA THE INNOVATOR), is the last born of his family. He is an 18 year old student of the Federal Government College Ogbomoso (FEGCO). Growing up, Tobi suffered from dyslexia and only overcame it few years ago through the help of his teachers. He has since then gone Beyond The Walls of his learning disability to become the designer of a Solar-powered mower, Solar-power grinding machine and a Footmat Alarm. He is an under-privileged boy who dreamed big and undeterred by obstacles. He never gives up and never gives in.

Wellington Jighere

World Scrabble Champion

Wellington Jighere was born in November 1982 at Umolo-Olomu, in Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta state, Nigeria. He is a graduate of with Agriculture with a BSc (Crop Science) from University of Benin. Wellington is a Scrabble player who has made exploits in Scrabble including winning the African Scrabble Championship twice (back to back) in 2008 and 2010 and winning the World Scrabble Championship in 2015.
