TEDxPalgong is a gathering of thinkers, makers, and doers in the Daegu-Gyeongbuk region. We at TEDxPalgong aim to convey “ideas worth spreading” to individuals, businesses and institutions in our community and beyond by putting together a program of remarkable local and international speakers. Traditionally the Daegu-Gyeongbuk region has been regarded as conservative and it is hoped the upcoming event will allow the sharing of diverse ideas, feelings, and opinions.
Through TEDxPalgong, we will engage people both in the Daegu-Gyeongbuk and elsewhere in better understanding our community’s modernity and how to move the region forward through entertaining and stimulating experiences.
