Danish architect Bjarke Ingels' 3-Warp Speed TEDTalk - an introduction to his brand of "architectural alchemy" - was an inspirational highlight of TEDGlobal 2009 and TEDxPotomac 2010.

On December 8th, thanks to the magical alchemy that is TED and TEDx, a few lucky local DC-TEDsters can enjoy a special luncheon to hear Bjarke speak live and in-person.

the TED and TEDx spirit of ideas worth spreading, and
Washington DC's hosting of the first ever TEDWomen

On December 7th and 8th women - and men - will be joining together here in DC and around the globe through TEDx events to continue the great TED tradition of sharing ideas worth spreading while focusing on how women and girls are reshaping the future.

During the break in the TEDWomen Livestream, Bjarke will speak to an intimate group of TED fans and other alchemists.
