Theme: Knitting Visions

Visions identify humans. In fact visions make all of us- a child, a man, a lady, a race, a nation, and even humanity. Some of these visions are conceptualized with open eyes, some are endowed with closed ones, some see the daylight, some stay shut, some are shared and some stay unshared. When such abiding visions are shared and are aided by multidimensional merger of ideologies-a new reality is born.

TEDxNMIMSBangalore 2016 embarks upon the same small yet beautiful story each vision has in itself through its theme -"Knitting visions". Knitting Visions revolves around the process which goes into these visions. It involves the society, human behavior, psychology, love, hatred and all what goes into the making of these ideas.

As Carl Jung rightly said, “Your vision will become clear only when you look into your heart. Who looks outside, dreams. Who looks inside, awakens.” We aim to look through our tender hearts and relive all the forgotten or unlived connections of our minds and hearts. We intend to discuss, learn and spread these unheard visions from people belonging to different walks and strata of life, with altogether different set of experiences. These along with our own set of notions and thoughts shall together knit a new, vibrant and ignited world by animating, inspiring and transforming purposes into actions.
