Theme: Dream Again

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Dr. Amin conducts independent research on the psychology of peace building and the rehabilitation of war mentality, focusing on stereotypical perspectives on Afghanistan group affiliations. Dr. Rohullah Amin is a Medical Doctor by training (psychiatrist), graduated from Kabul Medical University. He completed his Master's in Applied Psychology at New York University.

Sanzar Kakar

Sanzar is an Afghan Entrepreneur & an Expert in the Developing World Economics. He has served as an Economics Adviser for the Afghanistan Investment Climate Facility. Sanzar has an MBA from Warwick Business School, and has worked as a Technology Analyst for Merrill Lynch.

Sayed Zafar Hashimi

Deputy Spokesperson to the President of Afghanistan

Zafar is currently the Deputy Spokesperson for the President of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. His current position & his previous background in several government positions allowed him to have access and investigate many social matters. Investigating the causes of Youth Radicalization is one of them.
