In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Adriana is currently finishing her work on the Phd Thesis on Neuroscience, at the Romania Institute of Science and Technology, one of the few existing private and not for profit research institutes in Romania. She will discuss from an engineering point of view about the brain mechanisms and how perceptions are created. It is not about the methods that need to change, but about the questions that need to be asked.

For three years Gabriel has been a Romanian strategist and entrepreneur on digital marketing in London. In the past he had been co founder at Startcelerate, Digital Marketing Director at Palgrave Macmillan and he has worked as a consultant in digital marketing for many other companies in the UK, Italy and Romania. He is currently Development and Strategy Director ar Tapptitude, where he is responsible for building the infrastructure for development and innovation for the company.
