Ananya Gautam

Ananya is a 16 year old female high school student. Only in her first year at RIS, she has spent the last four years in an Indian boarding school. She loves to sing and play different sports. Also, Ananya usually likes to speak on topics of major world issues and today, she is going to focus one of those.

Annanya (Anna) Rai

Anna, a 15-year old Indian high school student has lived in Thailand for 14 years. She enjoys hiking, rock climbing, travelling and writing. Growing up with two bridged religions, Hinduism and Sikhism, she has a strong passion for learning about various cultures. Today, she shares her unique story about misunderstood size and metabolic rates.

Kritin (Bomb) Vongthongsri

Bomb has always aimed to become a successful doctor. At the same time, his favorite hobby of playing the piano has grown into a passion for playing classical music. Apart from sleeping, this 13-year old middle schooler spends most of his spare time practicing both the piano and the saxophone in hopes of achieving more prestigious prizes in classical music competitions.

Manyasiri (Pear) Chotbunwong

Eleven-year old Manyasiri (Pear) Chotbunwong was born in Bangkok to a wonderful family that supports her at every step. She is no stranger to the stage, enjoying singing and dancing, though this will be her first spoken word stage engagement.

Nacha Rapeerattanakul

Known for being tall, Nacha is a 15 year old sophomore who enjoys reading, eating, and spending time with her family and one dog. She is a diligent member of MUN and that has lead her to be passionate about multiple social issues, especially concerning equal rights and eradicating sexism. One day, she hopes to be able to join the United Nations and make her mark on the world.

Naman Kedia

Naman is an active high school student who enjoys playing sports and speaking at TEDx. Inspired by Steve Jobs, Elon Musk, and his brother, Naman has a passion for technology and how it benefits the world. Other than buying new Apple products and fantasizing about driving Teslas, he currently hopes to make a difference through developing useful mobile applications.

Natchayakarn (Neena) Komthongchusakul

Born on the year of the Dragon, 2000, Natchayakarn (Neena) Komthongchusakul is notable for her well-rounded athletic skills. She especially relishes spending time training for upcoming prestigious sport competitions. Off of the court and like a typical teenager, she’s fond of watching reality shows, hitting the mall, and snacking on delicious layered-cake.

Nattanant (Tang Tang) Sarayuthpitak

Fourth grader, Tang Tang is a 10 year old, pretty cool kid, with a big heart for life. Tang Tang enjoys laughing and reading books. He aspires to be a teacher in America because he would like to help kids learn and have fun.

Piyaonn (Pingpong) Musikabhumma

Currently a sophomore at RIS, Pingpong is a 15 year old girl who is well known for her musical talents on the piano. She has participated in countless piano competitions both in Thailand and abroad. Despite her passion for music, she also does her best in academics and loves to participate in many activities at school, including NHS and Student Council. During her free time, she could either be found watching Korean TV shows or playing around with her dogs.

Prut Ponaruemit

Sophomore Prut has been at RIS for the past 11 years. He has a good understanding of the world he lives in and a strong belief that he will achieve his own aspirations. He has always tried looking at things in a different way and hopes he can accomplish his goals by not following the crowd.

Suchita (Sushi) Thepkanjana

Now in grade five, Suchita (Sushi) Thepkanjana is just 11 years old. Contrary to her topic, she is actually really excited (not stressed) to talk about stress and stress relief for young people. She is somewhat of her own expert on stress and is honored to share that expertise at TEDx.

Voranan (Bene) Puengchanchaikul

The youngest presenter at the event, Voranan (Bene) Puengchanchaikul is a second grade native of the Land of Smiles. Her hobbies are baking, reading, writing, eating, dancing and playing with her older sister. She also likes to study about the environment, with one of her life goals being to have a strong impact on nature and our planet.

Wifada Powattanasuk

Fifteen-year old Wifada is a Thai-Taiwanese who has spent the majority of her life outside of her home countries, living in Brazil, Pakistan and Germany. She enjoys experiencing the different types of food that different countries offer. Apart from enjoying this eating delight, she also likes watching TV shows and reading books.

Anmol Bhatia

Anmol is a 15-year old high school student who loves to spend time outside his house, typically doing something active. He strongly believes that the issue in his talk is serious. After spending half his life in India, Anmol moved to Thailand and is very excited to continue his life journey at Ruamrudee International School.

Parin (Ping) Nawachartkosit

Ping, born and raised in Bangkok, is currently a sophomore who has been in Ruamrudee International School since he was a kindergartner. Apart from having guitar as his biggest passion, he is known for being a friendly member of the community who enjoys helping his peers.
