About this event

It´s about kindling the spirit around the consciousness that leaders of today and tomorrow need to own integrity, generosity, wisdom, vision and courage. A balance of male and female qualities.
The cultural gap is that most of female qualities are seen as weaknesses; therefore, both men and women suffer from this unbalance. So first, I believe we need to praise and recognize examples of those who have endured the challenge of welcoming the "soft force within" and the interesting effect that "soft" can have in producing powerful and compelling positive change.
