Nik Zurin

Principal Engineer, Intel Malaysia
Nik is an Intel Principal Engineer with the Assembly Test and Manufacturing based in Penang, Malaysia. In a career spanning 29 years, Nik has taken on a wide range of roles within the manufacturing world, and currently leads a team of experts that applies various LEAN and data science methodologies to improve efficiency and productivity across Intel's global factory network. He is also an active Maker and drone enthusiast.

Dr. Kar Kheng Yeoh

Lecturer
Dr. Yeoh Kar Kheng is a doctorate alumni of Oxford University. He is currently a senior lecturer in Universiti Sains Malaysia. Dr. Yeoh is also a SIY Certified Teacher trained by Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, USA. SIY is a scientific based mindfulness and emotional intelligence curriculum that was developed and tested at Google. He completed a Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) training at Oxford Mindfulness Centre and has over 15 years of experience in teaching Mindfulness. He is also the founding chairman of Malaysia Mindfulness Association.

Johnson Lam

Entrepreneur, DIY enthusiast
Johnson is a Serial Entrepreneur and a hardcore DIY enthusiast. He started his DIY journey since young; making and modifying his own toys. Johnson put his DIY skills into building a computer business at the age of 19 to fund his studies. He is the founder of KakiDIY, which DIY's old items into useful gadgets. Johnson also scouts for talented makers and collaborates with them to build solutions for industries.

Joseph has 20 Years of IT experience under his belt and a burning passion in Organization Culture Transformation. He has led Possibility Thinking Culture Transformation for IT Malaysia and currently Fire2Win for Intel Malaysia. Inventor of the “Possibility Thinking” Tool kit which was shared to Intel IT managers globally.

Karyn Rehuey Cheah

Public Affairs
Karyn Cheah is the Reputation and Strategic Communications Program Manager in the Public Affairs Group at Intel Malaysia. She is responsible for developing and managing Intel’s reputation through its many corporate responsibility programs and initiatives, including raising the profile on Intel’s inclusion and diversity, innovation, education, environment and community outreach programs. In her role, she drives strategic external communication plans for Intel Malaysia through various media and social media channels.

Marianna Pascal

Communications Expert
Marianna began her career as an actor. For a span of 15 years, Marianna performed across Canada in film television and on stage. Today, Marianna improves the way employees relate to their bosses, clients, colleagues and other key stakeholders through workshops well-known for her humourous approach, real-world stories and case studies, and tremendously fun, hands-on method of learning. As the winner of two Toastmaster district-level public speaking championships, she is a highly regarded speaker. Her humorous speech on Youtube titled "Local English or Standard English" has been seen by over a million people worldwide. Marianna is also the author of five best-selling books.

Michael Xavier

Michael Xavier is the Principal Consultant of SpeakRight Consultancy Sdn Bhd, a corporate training organization dedicated to effective speaking, communication and influencing. He is also a distinguished Toastmaster and a professional member of the Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers (MAPS).

Ngai Yuen Low

TV Producer, Director, Social Entrepeneur
Low Ngai Yuen is a multiple-award winning social entrepreneur championing two of her beloved causes: women empowerment and the performing arts. In the past 15 years, Yuen has produced, directed and created some of the highest rating TV programmes in Malaysia as well as regional countries. Joining the corporate world for four years, she served as the Director of Marketing and Communications of Carrefour Malaysia and Singapore, sitting on its top management and executive committee as the youngest executive director.

Renn Chan Ooi

An engineer, a father, nature and cultural heritage enthusiast, Renn Chan juggles his time between family, career and passion. Achieving personal goals is always a challenge with limited time on hand. The backward planning method had helped him realize them one after another, including crossing the finish line of the Ironman Malaysia race held in Langkawi 2015, at work where he focuses on the flow dynamics interaction of manufacturing assembly processes, and at home where he aims to rejuvenate his childhood passions together with his 6 year old son.

Robin Martin

General Manager Intel Malaysia
Robin A. Martin is corporate vice president in the Technology and Manufacturing Group and general manager of Assembly Test Manufacturing at Intel Corporation. Based in Penang, Malaysia, he is responsible for co-managing Intel’s assembly and test operations worldwide, including facilities in the United States, China, Malaysia and Vietnam.

Sameer Tupaki

Sameer is a technology marketer with over ten years of experience in conceptualizing and executing best in class integrated marketing campaigns for consumer IT products across Asia Pacific. Currently heads marketing and marketing operations for Intel Singapore and Malaysia, he delivers business results by crafting programs from cross functional team members and best in class agencies.

Toke Fred

Psychologist
Dr. Fred Toke, Psy.D. is the Clinical Director of Celebrating Life Resource Centre, a professional counselling clinic and training provider. In 1999, he founded Lee Community College, cited as the Best Private College for Counselling & Psychology programmes by Edupoll for five consecutive years. A Psychologist by training, he provides counselling and psychotherapy services to the general public.
