Theme: Game of Ideas

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Abhinav Kulkarni

Abhinav is an electronics engineering student, a technophile and a rational thinker. He considers electronics as his childhood hobby. He spends most of his time exploring how best his technical skills could be put to application to solve surrounding problems. Still a student, he aspires to create innovative electronic products in future, which could be accessible and affordable to the remotest people on the planet to improve their quality of life. He wishes to make his small contribution in making the world, a better place to live in!

Afreen Bhumgara

Afreen is a social activist. She loves to spend her time reading novels and travelling across the country. With computational algorithms always on her mind and a desire to push the human race forward, she plans to complete her undergraduate studies in America specialising in Computer Science.

Amit Godse

Amit an avid drummer and has been in the music/teaching/training field for more than a decade. He has a tilt towards the spiritual side of existence, and he tries to apply all the knowledge within into every action.

Indrajit Satbhai

Indrajit is a trained architect & designer who dabbles in furniture, product design and art installations. After finishing his Masters in Design from Milan, he spent time working on User Centered design. He has a cross disciplinary design practice in Pune where he also teaches architecture students about design.

Kartik Rajan

Popularly known as KC Vlaine in the Pune poetry circuit. He is an entrepreneur and entertainer based in Pune. When he isn't working on sound design and music for the video firm he co-manages, he's writing poetry on themes ranging from personal introspection to cultural acceptance.

Premnath Venugopalan

Premnath is a Scientist, Polymer Science & Engineering Division, at NCL with an interest in Technology development for Biomedical products. Academically, he holds a B.Tech. from the IIT - Bombay and a Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA.

Vijayraj Kamat

Vijayraj is a Technology Consultant, Singer, Writer, Passionate Thinker, Natural teacher, Photographer, Painter & an NLP practitioner. Talk of multitaskers and his name comes to mind. He is deeply passionate about human behavior, psychology, how the mind works, 'WHY we think the way we do' - instead of 'WHAT we think'.

Viraj Joshi

Viraj an industrial designer and a storyteller at heart. He believes that people live for good stories to tell, and he would want to give the masses great stories to tell through the things he makes. He has received various features in media, and a number of awards for his work in industrial design.
