Bart Van Bambost

Bart Van Bambost has both a background as entrepreneur, executive coach and corporate director. On corporate level, Bart held a variety of HR management roles such Sr. HR Director for Nike EMEA (Emerging Markets and Retail Europe) and Regional HR Director Eastern Europe, Middle East and Latin-America for Danone (Baby Food & Medical Nutrition). As entrepreneur he successfully started and developed his own HR consulting firm Minds in Motion with operations in Europe and the Middle East. He led it to 7 years of consecutive growth after which he sold it. Currently Bart is the Managing Partner of the fast growing social enterprise Streetwize and co-founder of ThinkTalent, in which he works as international HR advisor and executive coach. Bart holds a Bachelor degree in Psychology (Gent University) and a Master degree in Communication (Brussels University). He is passionate about Impact Leadership, Unleashing Human Potential and Social Entrepreneurship.

Alexandru Damaschin

Once upon a time, Ziggy, the "Ion Creangă who promotes the tourism in Romania", said: - "Alexandru Damaschin will travel around Romania for 5 years with a great team. They will discover great Romanian stories and beautiful places from this land because their people need that. The artistic career and the entrepreneurial abilities of Alexandru will serve the team. " “Zig Zag through Romania” is the name of the trip. Its goal is to increase the self-esteem of Romanians about them. This way, innovation can be brought in our society. Alexandru Damaschin is oriented towards education. His joy, energy and enthusiasm from the trip will change the image about our country.

Daniel Relenschi

Born and raised in a family of artists, Daniel Relinschi is the first 3D artist from Romania. Following his mother’s steps, he discovered his passion for painting when he was 3 years old. Since he was in high school, studying fashion design, he started to work as a designer for a manufacturer in Botosani, his home city. This was just the beginning of many collaborations with famous fashion designers. Besides his work as a designer, his paintings are well appreciated internationally. His paintings are exhibited not only in Romania, but also in a German Palace, named Neuburg an der Kammel. After realizing a 3D ground painting, he became the first 3D Romanian artist, using the technique of one single point of perception.

Daniel Talpa

Entrepreneur for almost 2 years, Danial Talpa is managing partner at Absolut Media – OOH Agency and one of the first peoples of outdoor in Romania, working in this field since 1997. Over the years, he held middle and top management positions in two of the largest companies of OOH in the country: RBN – Outdoor Advertising Company and Affichage Romania. At the end of 2014, he managed to put in the work an older plan of his. Aware of the power of outdoor advertising, he identified a need of the community – the one of rewarding its valuable people - and he launched, together with his partner, the first Corporate Social Responsibly campaign locally, in Romania – ‘Punem Iasul in valoare’ (We valorise Iasi), in order to inform about the values in Iasi in the field of health, culture, education, sports, values unknown by the general public or known, but not enough promoted.

Ion Barbu

Ion Barbu, the man from Petrila, is a caricaturists and the creator of Cercul Artistilor Disparuti. Throughout the time, he was involved in starting magazines and publishing houses, in organizing festivals, in finding gifted youngsters, in encouraging other artist and in setting up business with a cultural profit rather than a financial one. He is one of the greatest critics of the communist régime and of disguised communism, after 1989. He is like a sanitary agent for the Romanian society, criticizing situations, attitudes and people in România Liberă, Academia Caţavencu, Dilema/Dilema Veche.

Radu Vasilache

Entrepreneur, project manager and Software Architect – this is how Radu Vasile likes to introduce himself. He studied mathematics, informatics and project management, and he worked for more than 5 years as programmer. What he really wanted though was to work on projects with a big social impact. Therefore, he became an entrepreneur in 2010. He was working on his own project in IT, public relations and communication, management and business. He is also involved in many social project, especially for disabled people, he himself having a sever visual disability. His work has been recognized through many prizes, one of them being „Against all odds”, offered by Cisco System in 2005.

Vlad Tausance

Can you teach somebody how be creative? Vlad Tăușance says you do. In order to prove this he codesigned Creative Fitness Studio, the first training program made in Romania that enhances your innovative skills. After four years of workshops that reached over 500 professionals, together with his partners from Friends For Friends Foundation, he helped the development of oradecreativitate.ro. The website aims to help school teachers improve their creative approach and it’s a first step toward the adoption of creativity classes in the official curricula. Beside these educational projects, Vlad is working as a strategy consultant and a communication specialist.
