Professor has BA and PhD in Political Science and Public Administration, from Bilkent University, Ankara, Turkey. Quoting Professor's choice of a topic: "Normally I'm not working on cinema studies field but since I'm very much interested in world politics and leadership styles around the world, the portrayal of different countries and nations in Hollywood movies and stereotypes about different cultures has become a major field of study in recent years. This is because we live in an age where the representation or the image is powerful than the reality. Thus, I try to learn and research more on movies".
