In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Amine Draoui

Amin is a hydrogeologist young Tunisian graduate of the University of Montpellier. He has professional experience in water management projects. As an international volunteer network via Woof, he gained extensive experience in eco-tourism and mountain sports during his stay in Europe. Since his return to Tunisia in early 2011, he created an ecotourism association and outdoor activities (Bin el Widyen) to attract young Tunisians to explore nature while respecting the local community and without disturbing the ecological balance In March 2011 he also set up Mornag Eco Farm -an ecological farm "model" to promote sustainable development. Amin is an experienced trainer, he teaches alternative tourism module to the Pastoral Institute of Tabarka forestry and he is regular speaker in eco seminars / conferences.

Kais Gharib

Kais is an Entrepreneur, founder of Genesis since 2008, Served SMBs and SMEs in more than 20 countries across the planet with various IT products and consultancy services. For Kais,making changes is a hobby he thoroughly enjoys. Kais has an intense community development and international project management background having co-founded an NGO in Asia, volunteered for several years and led Strategic Development Initiatives.He related ICT for Development and Youth Entrepreneurship Program in more than 50 countries, across Europe and North Africa, for many years prior to joining Microsoft, where he worked as the digital marketing manager. Kais is a proud Tunisian citizen, single and has done backpacking trips in more than 95 countries during the last 10 years.Photography is one of his big passions. scene in Tunisia.

Mahmoud Ajabi

Mahmoud Ajabi is a 21-year-old English student. He lives and studies in Nabeul, where he spent most of his life. After a serious accident that disabled his hands, Mahmoud decided to pick up his passion for music and learned the trombone 3 years ago, an instrument that suited him perfectly. Despite the difficulties the young man encountered, he never gave up on life and did his best toalways get what he wants. Thanks to his good musical ear and artistic talent, Mahmoud managed to integrate the musical scene in Tunisia. Indeed, he was in many funk and jazz music bands, such as Setta Zeet, and took part of one of the most well-known jazz events in Tunisia, namely the International Jazz Day of 2014 and 2015 and Les Journées Musicales de Carthage. Hopefully with a lot ahead of him, Mahmoud is very optimistic and enthusiastic when it comes to his future, as he aspires for big dreams.

Rabii Ben Brahim

Rabii is managing a development department in a fine tailoring company. he is also a freelance photographer, adventurer and agitator in the eco-tourism field. He has been through experiences with associations like club speleo rades and was selected among 10 other tunisian talents to promote the country in the french TV series "Talent d'ailleurs" co-directed by ONTT and M6. Now, he aspires to create a project for wild nature discovery and preservation
