Created globally in the spirit of TED’s mission, "Ideas worth spreading", TEDx is designed to stimulate dialogue through TED-like experiences at the local level where eminent speakers from diverse fields of expertise and achievements share their ideas and inspire new thought and creativity with the audience. The theme chosen for TEDxIIMIndore 2015 is ‘Actuating Change’.

“The secret of change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old but on building the new’, said Socrates. Change is what lies at the heart of innovation, the engine that drives the vehicle of progress and the only constant in the equation of development. The challenge that lies before the world today is to either adapt to the rapid changes that take place or get left behind. How one initiates or accelerates change and the magnitude of impact that a change is expected to generate are interesting questions to ponder on.

This event features noted speakers from diverse backgrounds and fields who deliver brief yet meaningful TEDx talks, inspiring the community to face insurmountable odds, grapple with the unknown and take action for a better tomorrow.
