In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Barger Jeutter

Barger Jeutter brings 35 years of management, marketing and leadership experience. Her consulting services cover a diverse range of successful projects including executive coaching, life coaching, leadership training, strategic planning, creating winning teams and much more. She works with people of all ages and stages in life – inspiring and motivating them to maximize their potential.

Grace Ueng

Grace has passion for success and carries this desire to her clients. Prior to founding Savvy Marketing Group in 2003, Grace was vice president of marketing for SmartPath. She was also vice president of marketing for OpenSite Technologies, market leader of dynamic commerce software and services. She was named senior director, product marketing for Siebel, the world's leading provider of customer relationship management solutions, since acquired by Oracle. Grace earned her undergraduate degree in management science from MIT and her MBA from Harvard Business School. In addition to serving on several private boards, Ms. Ueng is an advisor to the North Carolina Chinese Business Association, director of the North Carolina School of Science and Math's Foundation board, the Harvard Club of Research Triangle, and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Idowu Koyenikan

Idowu Koyenikan is an internationally recognized consultant, keynote speaker, author and catalyst for progressive change. Idowu helps individuals and organizations break through to new and higher levels through strategic planning, training and coaching. He also takes on some of the world’s biggest issues as evidenced with his book: Wealth for All Africans: How Every African Can Live the Life of Their Dreams.

Ray Sanders is the CEO of Water4, Inc.
