In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Datta Gouravelly

Venkata Datta Sai, studied in 7 different schools and finished schooling from Overseas Family School, Singapore. Having played rugby at many levels throughout his life, he strongly believes rugby can be used as a great tool to empower various segments of the society and that it is extremely to improve the the profile of the game in India.

Kruttika Chari

Kruttika Chari is currently pursuing a major in psychology at Foundation for Liberal And Management Education, Pune, as well as a minor in marketing and advertising.

Manasi Nene

Manasi Nene is the founder of the Pune Poetry Slam, a collective of artists, poets and organizers holding performance poetry events in Pune. She loves the crossroads of art, activism and the DIY ethic, which was a major inspiration behind the Slam. She is currently studying at the Foundation for Liberal and Management Education, Pune, and hopes to become a writer, journalist and/or professional rollercoaster tester.

Namrata Anirudh

Namrata B. Anirudh having completed her Masters in Applied Animal Behaviour and Animal Welfare from the University of Edinburgh, UK, is currently working with Yayasan International Animal Rescue Indonesia an organization working towards mitigating the illegal trade of Slow lorises in Indonesia and sustaining and increasing the population of these primates in the wild. She strongly believes in the conservation of species that are threatened and nearing extinction due to human interference and greed that is greatly effecting the flora and fauna of today’s world. She is extremely passionate in working with slow lorises and hopes to continue not just trying to save the species but towards understanding them to better in order to aid the process of rehabilitation and reintroduction.

Sanyanth Naroth

Sanyanth Naroth, having completed his masters in Social Entrepreneurship from Hult International Business School, San Francisco, has worked as an Innovation and design thinker with social businesses in United States, parts of Latin America and India. He strongly believes there is no space for business-as-usual and promotes the need for Social Entrepreneurship for better economic development and societal change.

Suniti Vadalkar

Suniti Vadalkar, is a Ph.D in Design from CEPT, Ahmedabad, India. A graduate from Sir. J.J.Institue of Applied Art, Mumbai,has 20 years of experience in Advertising. besides working for reputed ad agencies has also headed her own for a decade. Shifted gears to Fine Arts and has a Masters in Painting. Since 2005 is a Professor at Flame University, teaches Visual Art , Typography and Calligraphy. Also a Design consultant. Believes in orienting and nurturing gen.next towards lateral thinking and understanding harmony.
