Nicolette Costantino
Nicolette is in the process of becoming. She nurses chronic wanderlust, and has a habit of gazing at the night sky, lusting after the ocean, eyeing surfboards, sprawling on her screened-in porch, carting her Tibetan singing bowl around, rescuing geckos that wander indoors, scheming new yoga playlists, binging on cheese, and writing her way through. She makes choices after asking, “What am I hungry for?” This credo, so far, has meant becoming a 200-hour registered yoga instructor, acquiring an English master’s degree, teaching college composition, and completing Level Two Reiki Therapy training. She is currently pursuing her 500-hour yoga teacher training and working to host a combined workshop for classroom and kids yoga at the studio where she teaches. Nicolette finds that her roles as a yoga instructor and as Assistant Professor of English allow her to guide others to make life discoveries through a life practice.
