Theme: The 'Next Big Idea' for Women Empowerment in India

The concept : Where the ideas are bigger than the people. A stage for mavericks to enlighten the community about what is going to be the next big thing in the years to come.

This year we dedicate the event to those women who have managed to break the glass ceiling despite the odds being stacked against them. Our event this year will feature such women who have gone against convention to achieve success, as they share “The Next BIG Idea” for women empowerment in India.

Featuring all women speakers, TEDx IIM Raipur 2015 will raise pertinent questions about women-centric issues by leading personalities from the fields of Education, Entrepreneurship, Social Activism, Media & Entertainment etc.

She was honoured OMI International Dance Residency award, USA in 2007, ISFI Gold Award by International Sufi Festival Ajmer in 2012 and Youth Icon Award 2014 in Arts at Jaipur, India. She is also a potential Kathak Artiste for Cirque De Soleil's upcoming productions, Toronto and a graded artiste from Doordarshan, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. Currently she is a research fellow under Ministry of Culture, Government of India.
