Aidan Thomas Hornaday

Aidan, 14, has co-created an organization Aidan Cares and has inspired youth from over 30 countries to create their own giving initiatives. This continues through his work with the Harry Singha Foundation’s Youth Leadership Summits. In addition, he has served and shared thousands of hours meeting the needs of others since age 7. He is a gifted teen that uses his harmonica, songwriting and singing along with his words to empower all ages to take action. Jacob Cramer

Jacob Cramer is a 14-year-old high school student residing in Pepper Pike, OH. Inspired by his grandfather's death in 2010, he founded an organization called Love for the Elderly in hopes of inspiring people across the globe to reach out to the elderly with love and kindness. Love for the Elderly collects handwritten letters of kindness written by strangers throughout the world, proceeding to send these letters to nursing homes throughout the country. To this date, he has collected over 10,000 letters from 6 continents and 57 countries. He wholeheartedly believes that the elderly have paved the pathway of success for his generation, and he eagerly wants to give back to them by giving them a greater sense of much-deserved appreciation. http://www.lovefortheelderly.org/ facebook.com/lovefortheelderly , @lovetheelderly
