Philippe LAMBERTS was born in 1963 in Brussels, Belgium. He studied Engineering in applied mathematics. He worked at IBM for more than 20 years and was elected for a first term in the European Parliament in June 2009. As Member of the European Parliament, he focuses on economic and financial questions, and has become a specialist on fiscal, banking and macroeconomic issues. He also deals with industrial, research and innovation matters, and has a great interest for relations with China.
After studying Anthropology and Political science, Aurelie Valtat became an experienced political and corporate communications specialist, with a focus on digital media. She is currently driving the digital communication strategy of the Council of the EU and the European Council.
Jeffrey Baumgartner is an author who speaks and holds workshops on creativity and innovation at all kinds of organizations around the world, from Genetech, a leading biotechnology company in the USA, to the government of Dubai. He is the co-founder of the Brussels Imagination Club, an international group who meet regularly to run experimental workshops on a variety of topics.
