Theme: REACH

This event occurred on
November 28, 2014
9:00am - 4:30pm GMT
(UTC +0hrs)
Worthing, West Sussex
United Kingdom

The TEDxWorthingED licence was based on the vision of bringing the Worthing and South East educational community together to share ideas about how pupils and students can be best prepared and supported to ‘REACH’ their potential and develop the habits, mindset and skills for success (http://reachprogramme.org/about/).

Worthing is also currently going through a period of significant educational change. Worthing College has recently moved to a new campus, Northbrook College is undergoing significant building work, and the age of transfer of pupils across the town will align to the Key Stages for the first time from September 2015. Existing schools are being extended and a new school is planned. It is hoped that TEDxWorthingED will develop into an annual conference where local expertise and excellence is celebrated, and big ideas are shared.

The conference is ticket only and delegate tickets are limited to 100. Tickets will go on sale through www.tedxworthinged.com on 28 September and are likely to be in high demand. For more information and updates follow TEDxWorthingED on Twitter and Facebook.
