In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Yousuke Okada

1988 born in Nagoya, Aich Prefecture. He believed that computer would change the world since little, and started learning programming when he was 5th grade in elementary school. He majored in computer graphic in high school, received the award of the ministry of education for his great result. In the university , he studied 3D computer graphics and also concerned in the local shopping district revitalization project. He did research presentations at international conferences. In 2011, he became the CIO of HIBIKI create home company and took charge of the WEB service exploitation. After that he entered The Rich Media company. He became the youngest mannager of the Head Office within six months, which is the fastest as well. He had also experienced several hundred millions of profits in PL management, in a quarter of a year. In 2012 he withdraw from this company in April and promote his own enterprise in September.Now he is taking charge of the management and operation, research and developement, human resources and the productor.

Yuto Yoshino

1997, Born in Aichi prefecture. Entered Nagoya University Attached Junior and Senior High School in 2010. He kept meeting the Mayor of Nagoya as part of activities that he had been working on proactively since junior 1. In 2013, he founded the international volunteer organization “Doeryawings”, at which we raise the funds through flea market and plan projects from the Youth viewpoints, including “Sangakuminzoku-Shien(mountain dwellers support project)” and “Slum of Brazil Support Project”.2014, he represented three organization including “ESD YOUTH INITIATIVE”, which aim to spread ESD, and “Nagoya Map Project”, which is making new map of Nagoya-city, and the organization mentioned above. At school, he is a vice‐chairman of Student Council  and involved in many activities. Such as doing research presentation about the special theory of relativity at Tokyo International Forum.

Shinji Doki

1966 born in Aichi prefecture.He got influenced by robot animations and SF movies, which developed his interests and entered the electronic machinery engineering department of Nagoya University.In 1995 he received a doctorate of his major.He had experienced assistant professor in Mie University and assistant professor in the graduate school of engineering electronic information system.And became a professor since april, 2012. His major is the industrial application of control technology. He is taking all the electronic machinery system from motor to cars,airplanes and robots as a target. Handling the data processing, signal processing and modeling for different controlling patterns.

Toshinori Kato

1961, Born in Niigata Prefecture. Graduated from prefectural Nagaoka high school and Showa University School of Medicine. 1991, he discovered of fNIRS principle of light measured from the scalp on the human brain function. He was known as the pioneer of fNIRS to be used at the facility in the world 700 or more locations. 1995-2001, he engaged in brain imaging research and Alzheimer’s disease at the University of Minnesota Department of Radiology, center for MR research. 2006, Funded KatoBrain Co. Ltd. to support the social neuroscience. As a medical doctor, he discovered the hippocampal infolding retardation that causes developmental disabilities. In the Kato Platinum Clinic (Shirokanedai, Minato-ku), on the basis of MRI brain imaging, he contributed himself to the study of practice preventive medicine, diagnosis of dementia and developmental disabilities.His book ” The method of strengthen brain” advocated a brain training method using a “brain address” (Asa shuppan)had become the best-selling more than 20 million copies.

Taichi Fujimoto

Went to London for further study in 2009. After completed master’s degree in the University of Westminster 2 years later, he founded the value of social capital, and established Happiness Architect company in London. In 2012 he did collaborations with innovators and took part in many project productions. Joined in TEDxUWestminster as a speeker in this year as well. However, as the result of the fact that he laied too much stress on social capital, he exhauseted all his funds and became homeless in 2013. But after that, he turned into the president of homeless company, and carried out the project of becoming friends with 500 innovators in London. At present, he is making the most of his own social capital theory, joining activities as a freelancer in Tokyo.

Simon Wallis

In 1988 received his Doctorate in geology from University of Oxford. This was followed by four years as a researcher in Kyoto university followed by 2 years as an investment banker in Tokyo before returning to academia to . He was a faculty member at Kyoto University for several years before joining Nagoya University. He is a professor and the head of the school of Earth and Environmental Sciences in the Faculty of Environmental Studies now. He have acted as the editor in chief for the international journal Island Arc, and served as vice president of the Geological Society of Japan. He also actively involved in developing international relations for the Geological Society of Japan, the Japan Geoscience Union and the American Geophysical Union. He used to be working as an advisor to the Japanese Foreign office on application to the UN to extend the continental shelf around Japan. Visiting academic positions at Universities of Torino, University College London and Bristol. Also, he experienced interpreter for German, Japanese and English. Judo 4th dan and former UK universities champion.

Takayuki Nagamine

Majors secondary English education at Aichi University of Education whilst he has currently been working as a student-tutor in English Support Centre. In 2012, he spent 6 months studying about individual differences and learning styles in Newman University, Birmingham, UK on Baba foundation scholarship. In the following year, he was practicing among the group of student-teachers doing teaching practicum in primary schools in Australia. He has gained deep insights into the school’s support system standing upon the idea of individual differences. At present he has a great interest in diverse learning styles and varieties of English, and is seeking the education system that is not all standardised, but respects the individual differences.

Yasuhiro Matsubayashi

1981 born in Okazaki city, Aichi prefecture. Joining in the long-term practical internship in university, participating in the business through internet lead him to the way of becoming a programmer.After that, he transferred to the ministry of Personnel from an engineer in the online food sales business.He took part in the recruitment of thousands of people, and devoted himself to the department of human resources. After his retirement, in order to introduce long-term practical internship into Okazaki, he experienced the internship coordinator in NPO G-net. And founded NPO collaboration campus Mikawa in April, 2013. He was related to the organizations concerned about urban construction such as the Okazaki city’s government, Aichi Gakusen University and so on. Now he is still contributing himself to urban construction, and the activities are affecting people in wide range.

Kota Tohata

1975 born in Tokyo. Used be working as a director of Dentsu senior creative activity. He had made many TV commercials as a planner, at present he is contributing himself into manufacturing, advertising work and designing campaigns. Here are some of his works: Recruit “Life is brilliant”, Suntory”Natural water from the South Alps”, Nissin cup noodle”SURVIVE!”, TOYOTA”ReBORN”,Ezaki Glico”OTONA GLICO after 25 years” and so on. Recently, he is responsible for the performance of the final ceremony in Kokuritsu Stadium.He had also received many awards like the first price in the Cannes international advertisement festival, the grand price of the ADFEST, the creator of the year, the grand price of TCC, ACC and so on.

Yu Aoki

Born in 1989.Graduated from the school of global japanese studies of Meiji University.The representative director of the implant company SEN.Personal blog ”Hibilog” had a 200 thousand month viewer record. Went a round-the-world trip during his student days.And worked for Doha International Bookfair in 2012.After worked as a digital agency in Tokyo, he started working individualy. In February 2014 he made a web media called ” MATCHA” for foreigners in Japan.It’s not only a site about the comments or travel guidings, but the “passionate” contents from every single person, which can be sent to all over the world.Now this website is responding to seven different languages, and has the accessing from 160 countries in the world.
