Patrick Attié
Patrick Attie obtained his Engineering degree in Electronics from Ecole Supérieure d’Electronique de l’Ouest (ESEO), Angers, France and his Master degree in Computer Science from the Georges Washington University (GWU), Washington DC, USA.
He currently holds the position of Director of Ecole Supérieure d’Infotronique d’Haiti (ESIH, http://esih.edu, http://www.facebook.com/esihhaiti), a private Haitian Higher Education Institution which he is also a co-founder, recognized by the Haitian Ministry of Education, a voting member of the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF), which brought the first TEDx and the first Hackathon in Haiti. It is interesting to note that Patrick Attié is also the co-founder of the first Caribbean Virtual Reality laboratory currently creating the first 3D immersive model of the Citadelle Laferrière in Cap Haitien.
In the associative world, he is the Vice-President of the French Haitian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CFHCI) , a (founding) member of the board of the “Conférence des Recteurs et des Présidents des Universités Haïtiennes” (CORPUHA) and the President of the “Association Haïtienne pour le développement des TIC (AHTIC)”.
He has been the Coordinator of the Presidential Commission on Information and Communications Technology (ICT) from 2009 to 2011.
Marie Faure
Diplômée de l’Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Bordeaux, France, Marie Faure est titulaire d’un Master « Carrières Européennes ».
Après une expérience au sein d’un think tank exerçant une activité de lobbying dans le domaine du sport au niveau européen, elle rejoint l’Ecole Supérieure d’Infotronique d’Haïti, une institution d’enseignement supérieur privée. Elle y est responsable de l’Espace des Carrières, une structure ayant pour mission de formaliser le lien entre les étudiants de l’école et le monde extérieur, et en particulier de les accompagner dans leur recherche d’un emploi.
Caitlin Stilin-Rooney
With a bachelor's degree in Religious Studies, Caitlin has traveled around the globe working with and for others to make the world a better place.
The skills she developed while working to bring women to the coffee industry in Kenya provided a valuable advantage for her work coordinating a women's small business cooperative and later promoting community-based, social-enterprise initiatives along the Dominican/Haitian border designed to enhance financial literacy and credit worthiness of historically marginalized individuals.
Her commitment to social justice extends to her active participation in domestic and international campaigns to promote economic development as well as documentaries on gender and immigration challenges.
She loves the mountains and has climbed to Mt Everest Base Camp and Island Peak, Nepal. She is a certified yoga instructor and hopes to create a wellness center integrating massage therapy, meditation, and yoga into her future and the future for others.

Joachim studied Business Administration in Regensburg and holds a MBA from Concordia University, Montreal. His affinity towards technology and business development, and the international tasks in diverse industries such as Automotive, Airline, Real-Estate, Investment and Environment lead him to his present project JOLOCOM (www.JOLOCOM.com), to develop a P2P application which connects People, Ideas, Projects, Skills, Places and Things in a distributed network.
Since 2002, Joachim’s work with JOLOCOM is centered around the future internet enlarge and cultivating the P2P culture through a visual interface that accelerates learning, but also connects individuals and small communities into a glocal network. Authentic real time data, peer review, open science, disaster response, food and water testing, and online learning are key fields to address society’s most pressing issues.
Since 2012 Joachim is also involved in the core team of the LivingBridgesPlanet Group (http://livingbridgesplanet.wordpress.com), where we perceive the growing relevance of trust, reciprocity, global-local engagement to tackle the global and local challenges, and are dedicated to discuss and develop social capital practice.
Francois Tardif
Titulaire d'un Master de l'Institut d’Études Politiques Bordeaux en « Coopération Internationale,
Développement et Gestion des Risques dans les Pays du Sud », François Tardif est également
diplômé d'un Master de Sciences Politiques de l'Université des Antilles et de la Guyane et d'un Msc.
de l'Université des West Indies en Jamaïque.
François Tardif s'est spécialisé sur les systèmes politiques caribéens, l’intégration régionale dans la
Caraïbe, le management de projets, l’économie du développement et la vulnérabilité
environnementale des petites économies insulaires en développement.
Il travaille actuellement comme chargé de projet pour l'Agence Française de Développement
(AFD), opérateur de l'aide française dans les pays du Sud et dans l'Outre-mer. Il est notamment en
charge des secteurs infrastructures – éducation / formation professionnelle.
