Like all of us, when Avi was younger, he too would look at the skies with dreams of flying high. As Avi grew up, his dream became his passion and the skies became his second home. His career as an IAF Fighter Pilot allowed Avi to experience the oneness, serenity and magic of the skies and flying. But Avi wanted to share his passion with those who wanted to experience it; he wanted people to experience flying and the spiritual experience that it was. And hence his venture, The Temple Pilots– a paragliding school run jointly by Avi & his wife Anita, the teaching school based in Maharashtra gives wings to anyone who dreams to touch the skies. One of his students who is completely visually impaired completed his solo flight last week.
Avi believes that paragliding teaches us several beautiful lessons that can help us live better professional & personal lives.
MP Vijay Kumar started in career as an IAS officer in 1975 with the Tamil Nadu Government. During his career, he worked on different stints in Industry, Women & Child Development, Health & Education Departments. He has also severed as Collector of Vellore District & Commissioner of Chennai Municipal Corporation.
Throughout his career, MP Vijay Kumar believed that is there is a better way to impart Elementary education to our children. He hence conceived Activity Based Learning (ABL) and piloted it in 264 schools in Chennai Municipal Corporation. The success of this program was overwhelming and the project is now implemented in 37486 schools across Tamil Nadu. He has been awarded the Prime Ministers Award for excellence in Public Administration for the year 2007-08 for the ABL Project.
M P Vijaykumar is now promoting ABL across institutions including higher education. He believes ABL will soon change the way our children learn in schools across India.
A true explorer at heart, Myshkin has worked in various roles before breaking apart to start Biosense, his own Med-Tech company designing and building innovative, disruptive healthcare technologies.
In the past, Myshkin has worked at Mckinsey & Company, on client engagements across the Banking, Technology, Pharma and Healthcare sectors. He has also been a researcher at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He holds a PhD in Management Information Systems from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Bhopal.

As a child, Sourabh would stare at the skies and wonder about them. As he grew up, his obsession with the space beyond earth only grew. And at the age of 22, Sourabh Kaushal is a well known space scientist.
While reading up about exploring the world beyond, Sourabh figured that space debris is the biggest problem faced by space explorers. While other scientists were figuring ways to avoid or protect equipments from space debris, Sourabh started working on ways to capture space debris. Today, Sourabh has proposed innovative new ways to control space debris. He is also working on a space elevator which is a transportation system from Earth into Deep Space. Sourabh has won several awards for his work, some notable ones being "Dr. Kalpana Chawla Young Scientist Award", Runner Up "Jerome Pearson Award 2010" by ISEC, USA ," finalist of MIT TR35 Young Innovator Award, "Young Innovator Award 2013" by Indira International Innovation Summit, India.
He is also the founder of India’s first space startup – Xovian.

Vishwas Katdare is a simple man with simple but powerful ideas. His friends & colleagues lovingly call him Bhau – because he is no less than a big brother to all of them and to the animals he works to save. Behind his non assuming attire is a man who has dedicated his every breath to the conservation of endangered species in the Konkan belt of Maharashtra. His passion eventually led him to start a voluntary group named Sahyadri Nisarga Mitra in 1992.
Although the group is small, but the number of lives they touch – flora, fauna & humans are innumerable. One of their most successful projects has been Conservation of Olive Ridley turtles involving local populace for egg protection at a small Maharastrian costal village called Velas. Velas is now a popular tourist spot to watch turtle hatchlings. The local population that used to once gather turtle eggs for consumption; is now conserving them. Other species that are being conserved by the group are White Bellied Sea Eagles, Indian Swiftlets and White Rumped & Long Billed Vultures.
Shravan and Sanjay Kumaran, 14 and 12 year old respectively have been identified as the youngest Mobile Application Programmers in India and one of the youngest in the World. The boys also have started a company called Go Dimensions (www.godimensions.com) Shravan is CoFounder & President, Sanjay is CoFounder & CEO.
They have developed 7 applications that are available in Apple’s App Store. They also have created 3 apps for Google’s Android Play store. These applications have got more than 40 thousand download all together from more than 48 different countries.
Their interests in computer started very early at home when they started to make Presentations, at school, the school & teachers encouraged them to do more sensing their keen interest in computers. At home they started learning QBasic, then Animation and move on to programming Apps.
Shravan & Sanjay’s dream is to be Technocrats when they grow up with ventures as successful as Apple Inc in the technology world.
