• Corey Cruz
  Corey Cruz was a graduate student and a research associate at the National Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology which, as it so happened, was across the street from the College of Fine Arts. One day she crossed the road, snuck her way into the Visual Communication department, and stayed there for the next three years. That was the high point of her life, which has since descended into a spiral of consumerism and caffeine.
• Mercedes Gonzales-Pingad
  A woman now fondly called Mommy Ched, a mother of 7 and grandmother of 7. Mommy Ched at 67 was an Alternative Learning System achiever an educational program of the Department of Education and is now a sophomore at Laguna State Polytechnic University taking up Bachelor of Science in Fisheries Education. She dreams of becoming a teacher to encourage people like her who had their interrupted studies are achieved.
• Tessa Vergara-Yuvienco
  She is Education Director of eKindling.org (Education Kindling) and currently focusing on the launch of OLPC deployment in Lubang, Mindoro, Occidental. Why did she join eKindling? She breathes education and the passion to enkindle fellow educators is in her heart and soul.
• Nina Terol-Zialcita
  In her work as a “communicator, connector, and changemaker”, Niña Terol-Zialcita has used the power of words, ideas, and the social Web to connect people, promote causes and advocacies, and spread the idea that even the smallest actions can help make the world a better place. She confesses to be an odd mix of the pure and the profane, loving politics just as passionately as she loves paintings and poetry.
