Sherwin Nuland says, \"It was a privilege to serve as a doctor.\"","startTime":122000,"duration":5000,"startOfParagraph":false},{"content":"Now a lot of kids tell me they want to be millionaires.","startTime":127000,"duration":3000,"startOfParagraph":false},{"content":"And the first thing I say to them is:","startTime":130000,"duration":1000,"startOfParagraph":false},{"content":"\"OK, well you can't serve yourself;","startTime":131000,"duration":2000,"startOfParagraph":false},{"content":"you gotta serve others something of value.","startTime":133000,"duration":2000,"startOfParagraph":false},{"content":"Because that's the way people really get rich.\"","startTime":135000,"duration":3000,"startOfParagraph":false},{"content":"Ideas! TED-ster Bill Gates says, \"I had an idea:","startTime":139000,"duration":4000,"startOfParagraph":false},{"content":"founding the first micro-computer software company.\"","startTime":143000,"duration":3000,"startOfParagraph":false},{"content":"I'd say it was a pretty good idea.","startTime":146000,"duration":2000,"startOfParagraph":false},{"content":"And there's no magic to creativity in coming up with ideas -- ","startTime":148000,"duration":3000,"startOfParagraph":false},{"content":"it's just doing some very simple things.","startTime":151000,"duration":2000,"startOfParagraph":false},{"content":"And I give lots of evidence.","startTime":153000,"duration":2000,"startOfParagraph":false},{"content":"Persist!
