El biólogo Mohamed Hijri saca a la luz una crisis agrícola de la que nadie está hablando: nos estamos quedando sin fósforo, un elemento esencial que es un componente clave del ADN y la base de la comunicación celular. Todos los caminos de esta crisis nos conducen de vuelta a la forma en que cultivamos, con fertilizantes químicos llenos de este elemento que las plantas no absorben eficientemente. ¿Una solución?
