Hur hittar vi planeter - även beboeliga planeter - runt andra stjärnor? Genom att titta efter små ljusdämpningar när en planet passerar framför sin stjärna, TED:s Fellow Lucianne Walkowicz och Kepleruppdraget har hittat ungefär 1,200 potentiella nya planetsystem. Med ny teknik, kanske dem till och med kan hitta några med de rätta förutsättningarna för liv.
