Da bi prikupio odgovore na ovo pitanje, Met Kilingsvort je konstruisao aplikaciju koja se zove Prati svoju sreću (Track Your Happiness) i koja je omogućila ljudima da iskažu svoja osećanja u sadašnjem vremenu.
