În Libia, Zahra' Langhi a luat parte la mişarea "zilele revoluţiei" care a contribuit la răsturnarea dictatorului Gaddafi. Dar ce s-a întâmplat apoi? La primele lor alegeri, libienii au încercat ceva nou pentru listele lor de candidaţi, buletinul "zip", care a asigurat o reprezentare egală a bărbaţilor şi femeilor. Totuşi, aceleaşi politici ale dominaţiei şi excluderii au câştigat. Lucrul de care Libia are nevoie, susţine Langhi, este colaborarea, nu competiţia; compasiune, nu furie.
