Op TEDWomen doet Tony Porter een oproep aan mannen overal. "Hang niet de man uit." Hij vertelt krachtige verhalen uit zijn eigen leven en toont zo hoe deze mentaliteit, die er bij zovele mannen en jongens wordt ingestampt, ertoe kan leiden dat mannen vrouwen en elkaar niet respecteren, slecht behandelen en misbruiken. Zijn oplossing: bevrijd jezelf uit de "mannenkooi".
