Überall in Afrika befinden sich Tech-Gemeinschaften im Aufschwung, sagt die in Nairobi lebende Juliana Rotich, Mitbegründerin der Open-Source-Software Ushahidi. Aber häufige Stromausfälle und unregelmäßge Internet-Verbindungen sind noch immer Hindernisse.
