Né prématuré de trois mois et demi, Derek Paravicini est aveugle et sévèrement atteint d'autisme. Mais grâce à son oreille absolue, à son talent inné, et à de longues heures de pratique, il est devenu, à l'âge de 10 ans, un pianiste de renom.
