Kunsthistorica Bahia Shehab is al lang gefascineerd door het Arabische schrift voor 'nee'. Toen Egypte in 2011 in de ban van de revolutie was, begon ze het beeld in de straten te spuiten, om nee te zeggen aan dictators, aan het militaire bewind en aan geweld.
