Why you should listen

Anne Milgram is currently Administrator of the US Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), a position she's held since 2021. She was formerly professor of practice and distinguished scholar in residence at New York University School of Law, where she built a Criminal Justice Innovation Lab dedicated to using data and technology to transform the American criminal justice system. Milgram began her career as a criminal prosecutor, serving in state, local and federal prosecution offices. She then became the Attorney General of the State of New Jersey, where she served as the Chief Law Enforcement Officer for the State and oversaw the Camden Police Department.

Milgram graduated summa cum laude from Rutgers University and holds a Master of Philosophy in social and political theory from the University of Cambridge. She received her law degree from New York University School of Law.
