A comment on Talk: Sarah Kay: If I should have a daughter ...

Feb 25 2013: I never thought I could find everything TED is about in one talk.. but here I am mesmerized at the innovative, inspiring, courageous, funny, informative, jaw-dropping, persuasive, ingenious, fascinating, and beautiful video of Sarah Key. A role model to us all and an amazing poet and actress. :)

A comment on Talk: Jon Ronson: Strange answers to the psychopath test

Feb 23 2013: Where do we draw the line? Humans are complex creatures, and I am sure that if we were all tested, we would all be diagnosed with something. Both my siblings have been diagnosed with ADD, and I am fairly certain that I would be too if I were tested. We are all emotionally and cognitively damaged in some way, but that's what life does to us. When does it count as a mental illness? Or, should we all be being treated? Should we all be visiting professionals to talk about our mental states? Perhaps this is the answer.

A comment on Talk: Elyn Saks: A tale of mental illness -- from the inside

Dec 20 2012: Anything is possible. I love the message about never believing what people tell you but rather believing in yourself. The stigma behind mental illness has got to stop, and Mrs. Saks is a brilliant example of how people affected by mental illness are not crazy; they are people just like all of us. In fact, they make up 1/4 of the population!
