Born in the foothills of the Magnificent Himalayas, Babar is an Artist by Design and never forgets that he owes it to the Paradise where he was born. A world traveler and a true Himalayan from Heart, he is the Chairman of KASHMIRINK, an organization which has been spinning projects which are based on prominent and forgotten themes of Art, Crafts, Cuisines & Cultures of Himalayas to rebrand the image of Himalayas. He provides Vision, Inspiration, Leadership and Direction to the entire team along with the vision for his ventures company IAOCPL. He is a Business Strategist, Designer and a Problem Solver, in addition to his role with various organizations across India and Internationally where he is working with numerous Government and Non-Government bodies to develop and execute concepts which are based on the spirit of Himalayas and is getting to be known as a Top Seed in developing and executing business concepts based on Jammu, Kashmir, Ladakh & Himalayas.

An active speaker and member of CII and Govt. of J&K & CII Tourism Task Force, President of the J&K Motor Sports Association, Recipient of the Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2011, A lead faculty at various Hospitality & Business
Schools across India, he talks and shares his vision for Himalayas, Indian Culture, Business Design, Franchising, Copy Writing, E-Commerce & Project Management.

Academically he holds a Bachelors of Science in Electronics and has numerous International Certifications in Business Management, Information Technology, Project Management and Information Security. Has a vast experience of working with the leading Companies in the world in INDIA, USA, UK, KSA and the Middle-East as a Consulting Professional in Business & Technology with companies like McKinsey & Company Inc. and Computer Associates.

Babar also heads a Foundation �KASHMIRINK FOUNDATION� which is focused on creating awareness and sensitizing people on Climate Change in Himalayas and has a growing team of Climate Warriors who are joining the foundation in 100�s every week, spread across villages and towns and are trying to build campaigns around this mission with the Government, Academicians, School/College Students, Prominent Citizens and the Politicians. The foundation is also focused on promoting World Culture Exchange between Himalayas and rest of the world through it�s show names SILK ROUTE.
